Absolutely worst Bojangles ever. I've frequented this area for the past year, trying to let them rede themselves. After today, I will not ever be back at this location. Customer service is terrible! No eye contact, hardly even speak to you. Just tell you your total and that's it. Mostly come in the morning before 9am. They NEVER get my order right. Ever. Any time I've been asked to park and wait for them to bring my food out (which is very frequent) I'm given a four minute hold time. I'm writing this review as I sit here and wait, going on 11 minutes since my order was placed. Perfect example. Just received my order, it is wrong. I will post photos.

I don't remember ever having bojangles before but was hungry for some fried chicken. It has a tad but if a spice however juice and flavorful all the way to the bone. It was a delicious meal. Mac and cheese and biscuits was equally delicious. Restaurant was clean as service was good! Going in late at night made me expect poor food. It was tasty. Hit the spot after a long day in the mountains!

Exactly what you would expect for a fast food joint but with a breakfast southern blend. What is that? Chicken and waffles. It's fast food: understand that first. Presentation is going to be off more often then on point and service the same but it's quick and cheap. The best a fast food place can get from me is a 4. That being said Bojangles is good for breakfast. Hash brown rounds are BIG as opposed to getting a dozen small ones so bear that in mind. I prefer smaller ones: more crunch. The cajun seasoning is not spicy and I ate my food while it was as hot as the surface of the sun so I don't even know if it made a difference. (Sorry) You can get a breaded (crispy) chicken biscuit in only a handful of places and Bojangles doesn't do it any better than anyone else: plain on a biscuit with much left to be desired but it was hot, the food was good and the service (mostly older people at this location) was par. Will try lunch sometime but will avoid breakfast unless there are no better options.

Late night 1 piece chicken breast meal with Mac and cheese and a biscuit. It was a tasty meal. Hot fresh juicy and well seasoned chicken. Creamy Mac and cheese and the biscuit was warm soft and delicious. Restaurant seemed well maintained and service was good. Music was Christian based which was nice to hear. Glad we stopped in. I haven't had bojangles in many many years. It was what I expected!
